Sheffield Franchisee

Christine Noble

Having worked with children throughout her career, Christine Noble describes helping young people find their ‘spark’ as her driving force for setting up The Rock Project Sheffield.

Originally hailing from Co Durham, Christine has lived and worked across the UK and had a short spell in Malta before making Sheffield her permanent home.

As a parent, Christine is disappointed to see music disappearing from school curriculums as she believes it helps young people express themselves and develop a skill for life.

At The Rock Project’s weekly sessions, Christine looks forward to guiding students, along with her team of professional tutors, to develop their musical ability and self-confidence.

“I love working with kids, watching their enthusiasm as they are learning puts a smile on my face and makes going to work an absolute privilege,” she explains.

“The Rock Project is much more exciting than traditional music lessons because students have small group sessions then get to play in a band every single week – and that helps put a smile on their faces too!”

ESTABLISHED 2005

The Rock Project is the UK & Ireland's premier school for children's contemporary music tuition. We offer group lessons in electric guitar, bass guitar, drums and vocals and the opportunity for young people aged 7-18 years old to put their musical skills into practice by performing regularly each week as part of a band.
