Andy opened The Rock Project North Somerset in 2011 after a career as an RAF aircraft engineer. Since then, he’s helped launch new schools across the UK and abroad. Based in Portishead with his wife and two children, Andy is passionate about giving young people the confidence to perform live. “Come along for a free taster— meet the team, and see for yourself!”

Olie is a versatile multi-instrumentalist with over twenty years of experience bringing music to life. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, specialising in performance and technology, he has carved out a career both on stage and behind the scenes. Whether performing with his band, mentoring aspiring musicians, or working with youth music clubs and SEN schools, Ollie is passionate about using music to inspire, connect, and empower students of every level and ability.

Ryan is a multi-instrumentalist specialising in guitar and bass, with a Bachelor’s degree in Music. He has travelled extensively across the UK and Europe, gigging with a variety of tribute, function and original bands. Inspired by a wide range of styles, from rock and metal through to jazz, Ryan brings a diverse musical background to both his performing and teaching. An experienced and passionate teacher, Ryan uses this experience to inspire the next generation of musicians, helping them develop their skills, confidence and love for music.
