Andy opened The Rock Project North Somerset in 2011 after a career as an RAF aircraft engineer. Since then, he’s helped launch new schools across the UK and abroad. Based in Portishead with his wife and two children, Andy is passionate about giving young people the confidence to perform live. “Come along for a free taster— meet the team, and see for yourself!”

Olie is a versatile multi-instrumentalist with over twenty years of experience bringing music to life. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, specialising in performance and technology, he has carved out a career both on stage and behind the scenes. Whether performing with his band, mentoring aspiring musicians, or working with youth music clubs and SEN schools, Ollie is passionate about using music to inspire, connect, and empower students of every level and ability.

Rich has taught bass and guitar at The Rock Project since 2015. A graduate of the Academy of Contemporary Music, he’s an experienced teacher and active musician, specialising in Rock, Pop, and Blues.
