Franchisee

Ben Tiffin

Ben’s love of music began at age nine with an Iron Maiden mixtape and years singing in a church choir. Hearing a friend’s band play Metallica sparked his passion for rock, leading him from a Spanish acoustic guitar to his first electric and a lifelong journey in music. After 20 years as an RE teacher supporting students’ musical growth, Ben has run The Rock Project across South Wales since 2017—managing the Swansea, Cardiff, and Carmarthen franchises and serving as safeguarding officer for The Rock Project UK. He also gigs regularly with Swansea covers band The Flames and occasionally wins Will Ferrell lookalike contests!

Session Manager - Bridgend, Llanelli, Swansea West Cross (afternoon session)

Rob Morris

Rob is a Swansea based guitarist with over 10 years of playing experience.  He’s been in several/metal bands over the years, but is currently focusing on his solo music project.  He’s passionate about all types of music and has dabbled in bass, drums and even classical violin.  He has achieved grade 8 on electric guitar and also a diplomia from the London College of music on electric guitar performance.

“I would encourage anyone thinking their child might benefit from playing an instrument to give the Rock Project a go. The tuition from the music teachers is fantastic and I've seen first hand how much my daughter has progressed on guitar as well as in confidence over the last few months."
