Dave Rowles

Dave is co-founder of Mannin Music, the Isle of Man’s only private music education service. Classically trained on violin and piano, he soon discovered his passion for rock, adding drums, guitar, bass, and vocals to his repertoire.

With over 14 years in the music industry, a degree in sound recording, and worldwide tours with artists like Steve Hackett and Vanessa-Mae, Dave brings a wealth of real-world experience to his teaching.

He believes playing in a band is the best way to learn: “Nothing beats jamming together and making music as a group.” Dave enjoys inspiring new musicians through The Rock Project, where learning is all about fun, teamwork, and creativity.
