Isle of Dogs Franchisee
Grace Fan

“Music touches us emotionally, where words alone can't.” - a quote by Johnny Depp.

Grace is passionate for music education.  She started piano at the age of 6 and was classically trained on piano and singing. When she was a teenager, her brother who led a rock band introduced her into the world of rock and pop music. She then developed her love for Rock n’ Roll and regularly listens to bands such as Coldplay, Bon Jovi, The Beatles and Queen, to name but a few.

After graduating from her marketing first degree, Grace realised the importance of promoting something she is passionate for which is music! She equipped herself by studying MA in Arts Management and has worked in different arts organisations such as chamber orchestra, arts festival, music copyright organisation, The Conservatoire for Dance and Drama and varies arts departments in University College London.

Grace is married with a young daughter and lives in the area. She has the experience of teaching music to young children for more than 10 years, and has started The Rock Project in her area to provide young people an opportunity to play music together and perform live on stage. Something that traditional lessons don’t always provide. It is The Rock Project ethos and way of teaching that Grace is passionate about and believes is brilliant for the wellbeing and intellectual development of everyone, and also in a fun way! She can’t wait to explore the Rock and Pop music world with you all!

Session Manager
Roman Geddes

Roman has been working with The Rock Project since 2023. He is a multi-instrumental teacher, tutoring drums, guitar and vocals in different settings including group sessions, band programmes and one-to-one. On top of his multi-instrumental teaching experience, he’s also a well-travelled session drummer, singer songwriter and all-rounded creative. Roman has been playing in bands for more than 10 years as a performing musician among many instruments. While fostering a new generation of musos, he believes learning instruments should be a social, enjoyable and rewarding experience where students gain confidence through proficiency and self-belief. He wishes to lead by example, showing students of all ages how one can follow a path of passion in music.
